Tips for three-option quizzes
Start by ruling out the option you are sure is wrong: that alone turns a one-in-three guess into a coin flip. Look for clues in the wording of the question, such as a date, a country or a plural, that fit only one answer.
Bing's three-option quizzes often include one 'near miss', an answer from the right category but the wrong detail, such as a neighboring country or a similar-sounding name. Slow down on those.
