Bing Quiz Not Working? 9 Fixes That Usually Help
1. Open the quiz from the Rewards dashboard
The homepage link can be hidden or change position. The quiz cards on the Microsoft Rewards dashboard are the most reliable way in.
2. Check that you are signed in
Look for your name or profile picture at the top of Bing.com. If you are signed out, the quiz may load but no points will be credited.
3. Match your region and Rewards country
If your Bing region differs from the country of your Rewards account, some cards will not appear or will not count. Set the region in Bing's settings to the same country.
4. Allow bing.com in ad and tracking blockers
Strict content blockers and privacy extensions can stop quiz scripts from loading. Pause them for bing.com and reload.
5. Clear cache and cookies, or try another browser
Stored data can keep an old version of the page. Clear it for bing.com, or open the quiz in a private window or a different browser.
6. Wait a few minutes for points
Points do not always appear instantly. Refresh the dashboard after a few minutes before trying again.
7. Remember the daily limit
Each quiz only counts once per day per account across all devices. Replaying it on your phone will not add more points.
8. Check the reset time
In the United States the Homepage Quiz changes around midnight Eastern Time. Near that time you may see yesterday's quiz or answers that seem wrong. Our Homepage Quiz page always shows which date a set belongs to.
9. Contact Microsoft Rewards support
If cards are missing for several days or points were removed, use the support link on the Rewards dashboard. BingQuiz.net is independent and cannot change your account.
