Tips for music trivia
Music questions tend to test famous 'firsts' and records: best-selling albums, a composer's most famous work, or which instrument belongs to which family of the orchestra. The four orchestral families are strings, woodwinds, brass and percussion, and many questions depend on knowing which is which. The flute, for example, is a woodwind even though it is usually made of metal.
